Expect a small group of likeminded people who are interested in how what you eat can improve your gut health, how you feel and your enjoyment of life.

The class kicks off at 10 with a light breakfast and finishes at 1 with a Wasted Kitchen lunch (all included) and time for questions and chat.

  • what that means in terms of what you eat and drink and how to start identifying foods that might trigger your symptoms
  • easy ways to incorporate foods that optimise your gut health

  • A greater understanding of what foods are going to support you or might be triggering your symptoms
